Research review completed; protocol retained.

Update pending

A review or publication is pending. An overdue date alone does not prove failure.

Publication failed

A failed attempt has been explicitly recorded; the previous published guidance remains in place.

This is the last reported state, not a live service monitor. A complete hosting outage can also prevent a failure notice from publishing. Offline copies show their saved state.
